However, in a marketplace, it's difficult to retain customers and make them loyal to your brand. Moreover, your products face competition from tens, or even hundreds, of similar products. Customers can choose the ones with the lowest price. We advise you to choose a specialized marketplace (GMV for DIY or Asos for second-hand fashion, for example) and to prepare your offer well.
