What a whirlwind of a Q1 it's been! We've been busy bees at Boost Commerce, buzzing around and building some seriously exciting updates to help delight your customers.

This quarter, we've prioritized delivering concrete results that not only boost your average order value (AOV) but also provide you with clear visual data on this growth. Let's dive into the highlights!

Maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV) with brand-new Back-in-stock and upgraded integration

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Back-in-Stock feature! Now you can turn those frustrating “sold out” messages into opportunities. Enable "Notify Me" alerts to collect leads. Once the products are back on the shelves, you can simply re-engage with those customers via SMS or email to drive purchases.

Moreover, there is a built-in dashboard for you to keep an eye on the customer demand. The Submissions dashboard helps you keep track of customer requests, while the Subscribed Products report shows you your most in-demand items. Back-in-stock subscriptions definitely make it even easier to keep customers in the loop and engaged.

Speaking of keeping customers engaged, our Klaviyo integration just got even better! Now, back-in-stock and pre-order events seamlessly flow into your Klaviyo dashboard.

Targeted email and SMS campaigns to remind shoppers about pre-orders and instantly notify them when items are back in stock are just a few use cases for you to leverage Boost x Klaviyo integration. This is pure maximizing CLV magic, nurturing those customer relationships, and driving repeat business.

We also integrated with the Klaviyo Reviews app, allowing you to showcase star ratings and review counts directly within your Boost-powered product listings (for Boost TURBO users). Social proof is a powerful tool!

Driving bigger baskets with Personalized bundles

And the fun doesn't stop there! We released Personalized bundles in addition to AI-powered bundles and Manual bundles. This new bundle type suggests tailor-made product combinations that match the individual's browsing history.

These bundles will still have prominent placement directly within the instant search widget, search results pages, and product detail pages to enhance click-through and add-to-cart rates. Strategic placement, clear value propositions, and continuous testing for bundling will be a boost to your AOV.

Global Reach, Global Success

We also made significant strides in our global selling capabilities with the integration with Shopify Markets. This integration helps to accurately reflect your Shopify market settings, including language preferences, currencies, pricing adjustments, and product availability, to provide a smooth and localized shopping experience.

Moreover, customers can now quickly find their desired products in their preferred language using Boost’s multilingual search, which currently supports English, French, Spanish, Japanese, German, and Italian. Even more language options will be available soon!

Revamped Analytics dashboard and Enhanced Smart styling

We've given our Analytics dashboard a fresh coat of paint! Based on your feedback, we've streamlined the Revenue Impact dashboard, making key metrics like total revenue generated by Boost easier to find. Think of it as a fast time to value upgrade – instantly seeing your ROI and how Boost is driving your success.

We've also added new bar charts for revenue and order attribution, giving you clearer insights into what's working and where to focus your efforts.

Additionally, we supercharged Smart styling! Now, you can fetch styles not only from your existing Shopify theme but also directly from any website URL. Imagine effortlessly matching your Boost templates to your brand's look and feel, saving you precious time and ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Looking Ahead

Q1 was just the beginning! We have an exciting roadmap ahead, with even more exciting enhancements in the pipeline.

Next quarter, we will be announcing new partnerships that will further enhance the platform and provide even more value to merchants. We're also actively developing expanded recommendation capabilities that will extend beyond the product page and into the checkout and post-purchase stages of the customer journey, creating a truly seamless and personalized shopping experience.
